When looking for a lab to do your printing, you automatically have expectations that the product will be correct and that degrees of service and personalization will occur to create that unspoken “bond” between client and supplier. Nulab represents so much more than this. In todays market… our needs for speed and service can often be client driven, they are smarter than ever before, they know how long it takes to get “happy snaps”, with the expectation for an “instant” supply of a professional product. I also believe they half expect us to do our own printing, to whatever level is marginally better than what they can do at home. Enter Michael Warshall. Seeing is believing. You can get promised the world by many suppliers and get the order “right” for the first few times as a new client.
I have now had Nulab as a printing, album, marketing, mentoring lab for in excess of 10 years and long may it continue. What you don’t expect from a lab is the insight that Michael brings from a global perspective of world trends, top seminar presenters (believe me, he knows who’s good, and who’s actually doing it), marketing directions, new systems.. better business practice and the latest products.. whether they be books, albums, and yes.. even wall paper. The buck stops here. Regardless of order size or volume… I get my weekly order back within three days as a “Standard” service!... outstanding. The simple tracking system even allows me to see where we’re at within the process, and the 0800 number is always there as a backup with very personal.. but marginally Australian talking answers. Did I get paid to say this?.... I wouldn’t be rude enough to ask as its all true and I’d recommend this “total studio tool” for absolutely anyone interested in running their businesses in any way professionally.

We have been with Nulab for over five years and cannot ever imagine sending our work anywhere else.
Nulab’s print quality, accuracy and turnaround times are second to none. We are a volume business and being able to have large batches of high quality prints delivered quickly is vital and we have never been disappointed. We regularly upload up to 1000 prints and more often than not, they are shipped from Nulab to our door the very next day.
