Nulab guarantees quality products. We offer a 100% lifetime quality guarantee. If you have any issues with the quality of the product received please contact service@nulabgroup.com.au as soon as possible and we will arrange a reprint or refund the full price of the product(s) in question.

However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Artwork, bleed, design or spelling errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images. Choosing an image smaller than the recommended sizes might produce a poor quality print. When placing an order from the "Prints" section of our software please ensure that your minimum image file size is no smaller than 1MB (1000KB) unopened when ordering 16x20inch or smaller products. When ordering products larger than 16x20inch the recommended minimum image file size unopened is 2MB (2000KB) or larger. It is best to save your files at 300dpi sized at the size print you require; a good rule of thumb is to multiply your print size by 300 as we require your files to be 300dpi e.g. an 8x10 inch print should be 2400x 3000 pixels.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type. 
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Nulab does not proof designs, images, colour/density or artwork created by its customers prior to processing. Please ensure that your monitor is calibrated correctly. Preferred colour space is sRGB.
